We will be working closely with the Befiler technology team, delivering Consultancy Services and Managed Services on the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Environment for the Befiler services platform.

Under the umbrella of Consultancy Services, INIT has advised on and implemented Strategic Best Practices for Befiler’s AWS environment. Given the high-traffic and load-ingestion experienced, which was resulting in performance degradation of the solution platform, INIT helped to restructure the Architecture for Auto Scalability and High Availability of the infrastructure. This has helped to address Operational Excellence and Performance Efficiency of the AWS Environment, while also delivering on the Cost-Effectiveness of the underlying resources to Befiler’s platform. In addition, the implemented Best Practices helped to Secure the back-end and critical resources, with Automated Backups ensuring Resilience for the solution. Managed Services being delivered by INIT then establish Pro-active Monitoring of the infrastructure, mitigating the risk of performance and services degradation through timely execution of activities in relation to scaling, patching and maintenance. Our next engagement planned with Befiler is on opting a suitable DR Strategy for the AWS environment, thus furthering Resilience and establishing Business Continuity of services.
