Review Process

Preparation

During the initial call, we will provide you with a comprehensive overview of the process, responsibilities, and expected outcomes. You will then identify and explain the workload that needs to be reviewed. Afterward, you will engage the relevant stakeholders and compile the necessary workload information for INIT. This process ensures that everyone is aligned and aware of the expectations, and it establishes a clear timeline for the project.

Review

The workload review, based on the AWS Well-Architected Framework, is conducted in a conversational style between INIT team and the client. This review can be conducted either on-site or remotely and typically takes one business day to complete.

Call Duration:

  • 90 ~ 120 Minutes approx.

Outcome

Once the Well-Architected Review is complete, INIT will furnish you with a written report that highlights potential risks and issues, sorted into the relevant pillars. The report will also include a customized improvement plan with a prioritized roadmap to remediate 45% of the critical findings. The report will be presented to you and delivered within 3-5 business days following the review.
